How can I retrieve my booking?
You can retrieve your booking details by clicking the Manage My Booking Link. Enter you booking reference and surname to retrieve the details.

Can I change my ticket details?
Changes in tickets once booked are subject to fare conditions and availability of the airline. Sometimes the fares booked are non-changeable. In that case you'll not be allowed to change the flight and will not get any refund in case of cancellation. We strongly advise you to check the fare rules.

Do I need to reconfirm the flight?
We advise you to reconfirm the flights booked as most of the airlines require reconfirmation and it is for your safety and security. 

What are e-tickets?
 An Electronic Tickets (E-Ticket) are maintained within airline's Reservations system and alleviate the necessity of a Paper document being issued. Not all the airlines provide e-ticketing facility in that case we require enough time to send the ticket to you.

How can I request for Special Meal?
If you have any special meal request then you need to request that before travelling. You can directly request the special meal while booking as well as by calling our reservation staff.

How can I request for seat allocation?
Not all the airlines allow advance seat allocation. For seat allocation please contact our reservation staff on 0208 478 6212 or email your request to sales@indratravel.co.uk

What if I cancel my flights?
 Some of the tickets are non refundable and others are, but cancellation charges may vary from airline to airline.
