Biometric card or indefinite leave to remain stamp in UK on passport. Surrender of Indian Passport Application form, Last Indian passport (one before getting a British nationality), Copy of Naturalization Certificate, Copy of current British passport, Copy of Indian passport wherever its stamped. OCI Surrender certificate of Indian Passport 2 photos 2 x 2 with white background. Nationality Certificate Current Employment Letter Spouse valid passport or OCI booklet if available Marriage Certificate.
